change their names and have more than one avatar asking questions and answering to gain more points...that's cheating.

NO! The constitution forbids the same person from being in office more than 2 terms. Changing the name does not change the person.
And even if there were some loophole, all we would have to do is require future presidents to pass the GED. Bush would not pass this.
