Gingivitis is not a verb, and cannot be turned into a verb for no reason. It is a noun.
Example: She was all gingivitis.
NOT ENGLISH.
Example2: The doctor told me I had gingivitis.
GOOD.

One of the great advantages of being stupid, is not understanding questions......
So may I ask one?
Would I look stupid if I used one in public?
