If you liked Rogue Galaxy, I highly recommend Dark Cloud 2 (it's called Dark Chronicle outside of the US). It's created by Level-5, the same company that created RG. I absolutely love DC2, it is one of my favorite RPGs. Another fun RPG is Star Ocean - Till the End of Time. Both DC2 and SO-TtEoT are action RPGs. If you also like turn-based RPGs, check out Dragon Quest VIII - Journey of the Cursed King. It is created by Level-5 and Square-Enix, and it is a lot of fun.
Offhand, I really can't think of another romance themed game, but if I do I'll edit it in.
