I heard from a friend that its possible to watch television on pc free without charge! Im curious if this is really possible and if so how? Im looking for a way thats safe without virus or risk! Please assist me in finding the answer and way of doing this? Site,software etc.

You have two choices :
(1) IPTV
(2) TV card (pci / usb / pcmcia)
The first choice is actually a little hard to get as most ISP's do not have enough bandwidth to give good quality tv over IP.
The second choice is simpler and works well if you aleady have a cable tv subscription. All you need is a tv card that fits into your computer and then you tune it and watch tv. This solution supplies the hardware and software to achive this and is very simple to set up.

Most of these tv cards cost less about USD $50 to USD $90
Please pay particular attention to asking if the tv card is compatible with you operating system, especially if it is Windows Vista.
