I Think Washing Your Hands Thoroughly Under Warm Water With A Good Antibacterial Soap For 30-40 Seconds Is Better At Combating Germs, Than A Gel Alcohol Sanitizer. Imagine Having Fecal Matter Organisms On Your Hands After Emptying The Bathroom Trash, Would You Rather Wash The Germ Organisms Down The Drain Or Use Hand Santitizer Which Washes The Germs Around On The Hand But Doesn't Eliminate Them? Even Old Levitical Laws Talked About The Necessity Of Purification. Jewish People Who Attend Funerals, Must Leave A Wash Bucket And Soap By Their Doorstep, To Cleanse Upon Entering The House Afterwards, Demonstrating The Urgency Of Removing Germs From The Body.
If You Must Use Hand Sanitizer, Wash Your Hands Effectively, Than Apply Sanitizer To Eliminate Any Remaining Germs.

Wash my hands when I can...but if I'm out or w/e and cant wash my hands handsanitizer is the way to go! :P

I wash all the time because I have wound up in the ER for using hand sanitizers and anti-bacterial stuff. I am allergic to them

i use hand sanatizer more because when i am in class and i cant go to the restroom to wash my hands , i use it!!! but if i had foamy soap i would use it!! ha ha!!1 =) =]

me too i love foamy soap so yeah i wash more.Sanitizers not only kill germs but also leave your skin feeling dry.
