Barack Obama has a sincere track record of working with both sides of the aisle, and I think he is sincere when he says he is tired of Blue States vs. Red States and wants to be the President of ALL Americans. Certainly, Hillary Clinton has a track record of being divisive and has a proven track record of paranoia ("the vast right wing conspiracy" that she keeps complaining is "out to get her").
But Hillary Clinton (and Bill Clinton) have at least gone on Fox News, with Chris Wallace, who is anything but a right-wing host.
They are the number one news organization in America, far surpassing CNN, CNBC, and the major networks combined.
So why is Barack so afraid to appear on Fox News? If Fox News frightens him so much, how can he claim to have what it takes to be President?
I actually think they'd give him a fair shake. Many of their conservative hosts have even credited Obama for running a brilliant and honest campaign.
So why he is so afraid to go on that network?

Libs: So you're telling me that all the Republican candidates have more guts and nerve than any single Democrat candidate, because they don't whine and complain when the major media networks smear and distort their messages, AND they still go on their network programs?
Come on, give me a break! That CNN YouTube debate was classic smear, even using age old stereotypes of redneck Red State voters. You WON'T see that treatment given to Democrats ANYWHERE (not even Fox)... yet the Republicans keep going on CNN, CNBC, ABC, NBC, CBS, etc.
I guess you've all just summarized what the left's problem is.... FEAR.
And BTW, I'm far from a "neo-con". I vote Libertarian/Constitutionalist, and am equally sick of Bush. But it's clear to see who the paranoid schitzos are when you're watching from the a true middle ground. (And I'm sorry, Hillary is not a Centrist.)

Some answers to tough questions may commit him to either a domestic policy or a foreign policy that he is far from ready to commit to. So for now at least, he is remaining out of reach of those toughies. "Claiming" to have what it takes is easy, talk is cheap and getting there is the first order of business. Worry about later, later.

Rush has the number 1 radio show and the National Enquirer has the number 1 magazine. None of them report news accurately. They put stories out for ratings and entertainment and a few people with sub-zero IQs actually believe it. Obama doesn't go on FOX because they tried to smear him. They put out a bogus story about his education and then had to go back on looking like the idiots they are and retract it. Why do you cons always try to formulate conclusions using half the information? It never works. You are always going to be wrong.
Debunked Insight Magazine and Fox News Smear Campaign
In the past week, many of you have read a now thoroughly-debunked story by Insight Magazine, owned by the Washington Times, which cites unnamed sources close to a political campaign that claim Senator Obama was enrolled for “at least four years” in an Indonesian “Madrassa”. The article says the “sources” believe the Madrassa was “espousing Wahhabism,” a form of radical Islam.
Insight Magazine published these allegations without a single named source, and without doing any independent reporting to confirm or deny the allegations. Fox News quickly parroted the charges, and Fox and Friends host Steve Doocy went so far as to ask, “Why didn’t anybody ever mention that that man right there was raised — spent the first decade of his life, raised by his Muslim father — as a Muslim and was educated in a Madrassa?”
All of the claims about Senator Obama raised in the Insight Magazine piece were thoroughly debunked by CNN, which, instead of relying on unnamed sources, sent a reporter to Obama’s former school in Jakarta to check the facts.

Whenever I watch Fox news, which is rare, I feel like I am back into 9/11 frenzy. I don't want to go there or be there. All news channels are manipulative and slightly sick, but Fox is the king of that. I would not go on Fox just as much as I would not be featured on 700 club if my life depended on it. Why would he sell himself to get votes. He hasn't been doing it before.

Fox News is to similar to the Jerry Springer Show for my taste. Any so-called news organization that gives someone like Ann Coulter tons of air time after her ridiculous comments does not deserve to be viewed as a serious news company.
Their entire lineup is filled with "Why Bush can do no wrong and why those who oppose him hate America"

Ike! From your picture you look and sound little like Rosie O. I would say most Democrats are afraid. They would be asked the tough questions . That would offend the far left voters they are trying to keep intact. Someone like Hil C. took her chances because she has gotten good at giving a non answer or playing between the far left and left. Somewhere in the middle???

Despite all that Oprah is trying to do for him, he is a left wing clown. He will say anything to get elected, and he has absolutely no experience or anything that would qaulify him to lead anything more than ants to a picnic.
Hes not even an issue as far as Im concerned. If the Dems nominate him... he will be easy to defeat... Even if Oprah jumps up and down on her couch like Tom Cruise did and yells VOTE FOR OBAMA at the top of her lungs... he has no chance in hell of becoming president.
Plus.... why would Obama want to answer any difficult questions he would no doubt get on Foxnews?
Hes unqaulified.... but not stupid.

simple, fox news lied about him - literally made up stuff about him attending a madrassa, when no such thing happened - ever.
why answer questions and show respect to those who you KNOW to be liars.
frankly, this stand of obama's is one of the reasons that i support him.
an obama presidency will put fox news out of business.
that's a win-win for america.
