Is there a snake that can servive off fish and crickets and stays small?

Rough and smooth green snakes eat insects and would probably be your best bet. While they get rather long, they are quite slender, semi-arboreal snakes. You might check into something like that. Otherwise, a garter might be something you could look at-eating fish, worms and other insects.

Aside from the occasional water snake, most snakes are land/tree-based and prefer land/tree-based food. Even the smallest of snakes like more than crickets for dinner and will happily go for small rodents and birds. Most lizards however will have a go at anything but I doubt that fish has sufficient nutrients for sustainable happy reptiles........
The size and eating habits of all reptiles depends very much on what country you're in, the natural habitat of the snake, and basic genus.
Australia has a very small python (Stimson's) which grows to about 70cm and is rather fond of pinky rats and full-grown mice........

No there is no such snake only a sea snake which feeds on fish but they grow big and the Vernon can kill a human being.
There are no snakes which live on crickets how ever there are lizards which live on crickets and they stay small name of lizard is a gecko.

Banded water snakes eat fish, and do not get very large, and not to many people have them.
