Brad Pitt... because not only is he a total Hottie, but he is a genuinely nice person. He is helping to build homes for all of the people that are homeless in New Orleans (with $5million of his own money being donated), he is a very good dad to his children and despite what the tabloids say, he is very good to Angelina Jolie. I used to have a crush on Tom Cruise, but anymore he just acts really strange.

Tom Cruise--I think his methods of acting and his hard work make him a better actor than Brad Pitt. If you mean better by their acting skills, I believe Tom Cruise is better.
