I was looking at one online from the Harris County Grand Jury but, somehow, it doesn't look official.

Go to the North Carolina Bar Association's webpage & look up the indictment against Mike Nifong.

An Indictment document is filed in the Court Clerk's Office for the jurisdiction in which it was considered. You can view the actual document in the Court file at the Clerk's Office. It is there for public viewing AND copying.

Cyanne is right, you can also go to the court where it is being heard as well. It will be on calendar for the public.
