be smart play hard and keep your mouth shut is what im sure Tomlin told Mr. Smith(thats what every coach should tell their players, especially to the ones that are backups only starting because of injuries, yet making guarentees)

hmmmmmmmmmmmm still sounds like a Guarentee to me "G"
so why say anything, always blaming media why not just i dont know not talk to the media.
the only thing you proved was what we knew the moment he said it out of his mouth, that not only it was a Guarentee but it WAS a weak guarentee. better to just say "they are a good team but we are prepared and we dont expect anything less then a win" how hard is it to say that?

"Yeah, I can guarantee a win. As long as we come out and do what we got to do. Both sides of the ball are rolling, and if our special teams come through for us, we've got a good chance to win."
The media made this guarantee. Read something rather than just listening to what you hear on ESPN.
