Aw! This is a hard one for me cause I love my Cajun food. Last night I served crawfish Etouffee.

Red beans and rice, crawfish, blackened redfish, and of course Jambalaya. My favorite is Pecan Pralines while visiting New Orleans. I particularly like it when Aunt Sally's Praline is just freshly made.
