Strange bubbles behind my Leopard Gecko's legs?

Question

Ok so I have a Leopard Gecko and I've had her for years but when I took her out to change the sand I noticed that she had these strange little bubbly like things behind her legs... Her tail is very fat and she has never had any problems before. So I was wondering if they were just excess fat (but she hasn't been eating much lately) or if its something else...

Sounds like excess fat--a common area for them to carry it.
