like a pervert in front of the friend. insulting, swearing, yelling, molesting, controling, manipulating, names calling, unsettled, lack of inhibtion.....of course, at the same time telling you that you are important and sometimes really nice so to confuse you
in front of the others, including girlfriend....mature, charming, interesting, considerate, scholar....
is it strange? abusive husbands do not normally abuse a friend. do you still call that abusive relationship or abusive friendship??

He clearly has mental problems and doesn't sound very safe to be around. Who knows what is going through a twisted mind like that. How you can call him a friend is beyond me. If i were you, i would drop him like a ton of bricks and never go near him again. If he treats you nice in front of others, who will believe you if you was to say something? He's dangerous and fucked up. Get away from him while you can. You deserve better friends than him. Look after you and forget about this creep.x
