He has a drivers licence but his birth was never registered, how does he go about obtaining one when nobody alive can verify that he was born.

If his is trying to prove citizenship, a number of sources might be used. There may be doctor or midwife records available. Baptism record. School records could provide a likely date and place of birth. Newspaper announcement of the birth. Copy of an old dated letter announcing the birth. Someone who has known him most of his life could testify. Old dated pictures from family or school.

If you are applying to a specific agency, ask what they accept.

How did he get a license without a birth certificate or a Social Security card? NOT POSSIBLE. Either this story is made up, or he doesn't have a license.

good grief, now a day's you may have to get a lawyer, or go to the county where he was born, see if a church kept record's you never know, how did he obtain a drivers license???? go back to the dmv. for what records they have???? well he was born!!!!!! what about schools he attended???? babtism record's????? etc. good luck

He could have had a baptismal certificate, is all that I can think of.
