i bought the sims2 university, but its not playing on my computer?! please help me :[?

i got the sims2 university for my birthday [aug.25th] and i installed it to my computer and i clicked the icon and it would pop up a white box and act like its about to start to play, but then it doesnt do anything.. and i have the sims 2 seasons and some other sims games on my computer, and i have no clue what to do, i really would appreciate it if you could help me out :D

You might need to put in the disk you have been putting in before you installed it

maybe is ur videocard if not call EA games support help
