my boyfriend used to be in the navy and now that he's out, he still keeps in touch with some of his old navy buddies. i recently found out that he used to have a fling with one of the girls he was in the navy with. she knows he has a girlfriend but she calls him sometimes around 11 pm just to say "whats up". is it wrong for me to have a problem with this?

i would have a problem with it. i don't think it's very respectful to call someone that late at night when she knows he has a girlfriend. it does depend on how serious you both are about the relationship, though. or how long you have been dating might be a factor in how much importance he might place on your being mad about it. i would bring it up to him that you're uncomfortable with another girl calling him.
