Where I live (in a hamlet in New York State), we have local newspapers in which people such as yourself advertise their skills. Until you find a steady job, perhaps you might find a way to advertise, if not in a newspaper perhaps by hanging flyers that you made on your computer, or distributing them to homes in your area. I advertised in a food market with flyers to tutor and I received (and accepted) several job offers.
