Depends on if this is your first or second baby and how in-tune you are with your body. I felt my first around 18 weeks and my second around 13 weeks.

Drink a glass of cold water, this usually wakes the little one up. Also, try lying flat on your back for a few minutes and put your feet up if you can. If there's still no change, contact your doctor. Better safe than sorry. Sometimes the baby is just lazy or tired, but sometimes it could mean there might be a problem, maybe he's not getting enough oxygen. I know you might be busy or it might be expensive to see a doctor if it's not an emergency, but please don't let this go on for too long and go with your gut feeling. If you think something might be wrong, don't feel silly about asking the doctor for advice. After all, your baby's worth wasting your time!
