Cut the tips off with a pair of sewing scissors, just a little longer than you actually want them. Then tuck the edges of the tips inside the fingers, making them the length you want them to be. Iron the gloves to make the edge firm. Check to be sure you have them the way you want them to look when they are done. Make any corrections necessary.
Now use some fabric glue, which you can buy at any craft, art, or sewing store, under the flap you created. Carefully fold the glued edge into the glove fingers so it sits in place neatly. Once they are dry (the label will say how long it takes,) you can wash them just like you would usually.

yeah you culd cut them off but make sure you hem them (sew around the fingers) or else they will unthread or w/e. they have some really cute tipless gloves at walmart in every color! and they r cheap to. check those out if ya want good luck!
