The pressure gradient in a tornado is very tight, if you look a Doppler Radar like Doppler On Wheels, you will see a small core colored black, that is the signature of the tornado. It is on the end of what is called a hook echo.

Let me try to explain how I think you can calculate an answer. I would try to use the idea of cyclostrophic flow. This is flow in which the Coriolis force may be neglected compared to the pressure gradient and centrifugal forces and because the horizontal scale of the tornado is small enough. Any good Atmospheric Dynamics text should cover this type of flow.
