It's a straightforward orchestral arrangement of the sort to which many pop and rock songs have been treated.

It was interesting to note solos for unusual orchestral instruments cimbalom and heckelphone near the beginning. The only orchestral version I know about for 'Paint it Black' is the one to which I have pasted a link below by the London Symphony Orchestra conducted by Peter Scholes. I hope this is the right one.

I actually enjoyed the arrangement - very imaginatively done, if slightly over the top!
