I agree that making a study schedule really helps. Personally, I get very overwhelmed around finals week, and if I don’t try to focus on only one class at a time I end up not being able to concentrate on any of them.
I suggest just worrying about one class at a time. Instead of thinking of all of your exams as one giant monster, try to separate them into smaller, more manageable tasks. They’ll seem less scary and hopefully you’ll be less stressed and be able to concentrate more.

Good Luck!

Well, you know that that won't work. I would suggest putting together a study schedule for yourself. Make it very detailed - when you will study for what. That way you only have to deal with one thing at a time, and you know exactly when you need to be working. The more ordered things are, the less you are likely to panic.

happens every time. tell your dad and mom to do away with your cellular telephone till tests, stop surfing the internet till you go with it very lots, and what you're actually not waiting to benefit, attempt writing it down three times or extra ;) And in case you think of you're actually not arranged for the examination, attempt copying <-- final decision v_v
