My favorite name for a girl is Evelyn, but is that really unique? I don't think so. Favorite unique name for a girl is Arrayah.

Favorite name for a boy is Aaron, but this is not unique at all. Favorite unique name is Preston, but again, that is not totally unheard of.

For a unisex name, I like Ray/Rae.
