Why do turtle's eyes swollen up?

I have a turtle and like a month ago its eyes started to get swollow and it won't eat. I don't know what to do?!?!

Could be vitamin A deficiency or an infection. You need to take him to an experienced reptile vet for treatment. Check your setup and diet--something is wrong.

its sick better get him to a vet,i said it once they belong outside in the wild not in a small glass tank.
