I think the web has made it easier for people to find others, though payingfor a dating website is a form of prostitution, because they get their hoes to make free profiles and whore them out to get you to pay money so they you can have a brief (and probably sexless) relationship with them before it ends and you return to cyberpimp (insert favorite dating site here) for another fix. It's like paying for sex, which I never have, andit should be free.

The Internet definitely helped me and my now husband to keep in contact (and sane) when he was at Uni for 3 years.

Some people might become disconnected from their spouces/S.O, but it's a choice thing. I think the Internet maybe just magnifies the problem, because the ease of use, but there are ways to work against it, in the same way as if there was no technology involved in the couples life. I think a few of the main keys of a good relationship are: communication, quality time together each week, ability to say sorry and forgive and to enjoy each others company, and share at least a few hobbies/interests. I think friendship should always be first and foremost in a relationship.

No,all the internet can do is offer a suggestion or opinion or answer. In no way can the internet force you to accept any of it or physically change your life unless you let it which then becomes a personal action and involves no one else

I think it's not good for communicating with anyone.

Part of communicating is visual and there is no visual.....so to me that's a bad thing.

Your spouse lives in your house with you so if you're having a problem it's more than a problem with the Internet.
