Eggs or pancakes. I'll probably make something with eggs for a late dinner tonight. Something simple. Have to go grocery shopping.

Hell yeah! I love breakfast anytime of the day. You gotta have eggs(scrambled w/ cheese or an omelet) bacon and sausage, pancakes, waffles, french toast, biscuits and sausage gravy(I just had some while I watched "Dexter") and maybe some toast. Since it's winter now, hot oatmeal or cream of wheat with brown sugar is great too. You should also try biscuits with scrambled eggs/cheese and smothered in sausage gravy. Yummmm!
p.s. I'm not suggesting you eat all this in one sitting. You should also eat some fresh fruit and eat reasonable portions although it is hard with breakfast foods.

we have breakfast for dinner ALL the time- everyone loves it! We make fried potatoes with diced onions and bell peppers and seasonings, fried eggs, sometimes some beef kielbasa, and buttered toast..... MMMmmmm good!!!! we do this usually at least once a week.

Yes. I love to have breakfast for dinner. I usually have this thing my dad makes called farmer's omlet. It's scrambled eggs with ham, onion, and potato in it. It is soo good! I love it.

I like to have either pancakes or waffles smothered in butter and syrup....with bacon for dinner.
I don't do this often because it's very fattening.
