You risk getting an infection, so it can be bad. Especially if it is a jacuzzi or a hot tub. Those are breeding grounds for bacteria.

Would you drink the water you are having sex in? If not, then you might consider the fact that some of that will probably be pumped up inside you. Do you want to risk an infection? And if it is in a jacuzzui, think about the chlorine that will get up there too. My advise is to enjoy the underwater foreplay but have the intercourse on dry land.

For a girl it doesn't really feel good, it's not slippery the water actually makes it kinda sticky so it's like uncomfortatble friction.. Plus it'll be hard for you to get it in because the water washes away the girl's natural lubricant

No, as long as you use the restroom once you are finished, you don't want any trapped clorinated water up there...But other than that it is actually safe and enjoyable...But make sure your with someone you care about and have been intimit for a long period, seeing condoms don't work so well in the water....other than that its all good...

its not really bad but if you use a condom there is more of a chance it can break and if you dont there is more of a chance for vaginal tearing and infection because the water washes away a girls natural lubricant and lube that comes on a condom. my suggestion avoid water if possible its not as fun as the movies make it seem!!! hope this answers the question!!
