New York style. Otherwise it isn't worth eating. And it is good any flavor or topping or just plain. I guess though, that if I could get a dark chocolate New York style cheesecake, I would think I had died and gone to Heaven.

I love cheesecake. The best is turtle cheesecake...with chocolate cheese cake and drizzled with caramel and gooey fudge and sprinkled with pecans with dark chocolate cookie crust...YUMMMMMMM!!!!

I work in a bakery and we several types of cheesecake. My favorite is the caramel turtle. It has chocolate and caramel and nuts and a chocolate graham cracker crust...very yummy.
