Now you may not make out your check to the realestate people or insurance people or mortgage lender but you, if the LL has a brain, DO pay these things in your rent payments!

If you have a down payment and decent credit now is an excellent time to buy, but get yourself some help by hiring a buyer's agent that will be working for YOU.

1,2,Leasing=Renting
3,Renters do not pay property taxes.
3,Home owners pay property taxes based on the city, then county in which they live.
4,Renters do not pay mortgage insurance or mortgage.
5,Renters generally are required to pay the first and last month's rent as a deposit. A credit check will also be done.
Is a good idea to see a copy of the lease/rental agreement and thoroughly read before you sign, because once you sign, it is legally binding.
Lots of places these days are picky about occupants other than the renter visiting more than 48 hours, without being added to the lease, separate deposit for a pet, or no pets allowed. Read all the fine print. Leases are for different amounts of time. Some places are based on income and have guidelines which occupants must meet.
