Absolutely. Any image consultant will tell you that is a nice way to accessorize a more dressy look, like suits or business casual. You wouldn't want to wear it as part of casual wear unless you are a preppy type or it is winter. Scarves aren't appropriate at all times, but used correctly any man can wear a scarf. It is no different than a hat or gloves. You will often see professional snowboarders as well as rock stars wearing scarves. So yeah, a "real"(as opposed to a fake one?) man can wear a scarf in the right situation. Btw, all men are real men, just different types of them.

What does wearing a scarf have to do with being areal man?. Last time I checked people(men included) wore scarves to protect their necks from the cold .

Scarves are important for the neck/and chest to prevent you from getting REALLY sick.....(Possible even catching pneumonia)
It is HOW and what color/style that makes it gay looking.
