yeah... Vince would do something like that, but then a bunch of old school wrestlers will come out and pick a fight and argue about it, and then they'll make a match or something to determain it, i dunno, its just a guess.

I am sure he will cause i don't think that will make an announcement which is best from the wrestlers cause some of them might get offended..Imagine how Bret Hart will feel if he announce HBK as the best...So,he will announce himself...and the superstarts that will be in the arena..Stone Cold,Hulk Hogan and more they will all hit their finishers to Vince!!

He will either announce himself as the best or he will announce Hogan. The only reason I think he will say Hogan is because I don't see Hogan coming back to Raw for anything less. For him to come back for this I think maybe they had to promise it to him.
