how can i make it into an electric start with a key instead of a pull start

go to an atv shop they should be able to help or point you in the right direction.

It will probably be best to just get yourself a new engine already equipped with one. By the time you buy all the stuff and get it all put on, it may be close to the same cost of a new engine anyway. Have fun with your cart!
