my new card is 400w my power supply is 160w is this the problem ??

Yeah, of course!! you're lucky your computer still works.

Always have some extra watts of power than needed.

Hi. A good power supply is always a good investment. You can install it in a new box when you upgrade. And I think a 160w unit would have real problems supporting a 400w drain. I would go with a 550w or more unit because there are more things using its power. (Fans, motherboard, RAM, CPU, etc.)

Lor....is that graphic card power supply needed?So much power than PSU.Better u upgrade to 500watt or higher.Dont worry about higher PSU,its just use what needed.
