If it smells similar to your feet, you might have a yeast infection. Wash it good and put some tea tree oil on it.

Just soap and water AT LEAST 2 times a day. Cotton boxers (let everything breathe) and as awkward as it may be, go to the doc. Just tell them you want STD tests done. That way you can make sure you don't have any bacteria that shouldn't be there. (Bacteria doesn't mean you necessarily have an STD btw)

If you're looking for dates, this is definately not the way to go about it.
Try deoderant soap with a good shower and maybe a sprinkle of baby powder to keep it dry.

If you are not circumcised, you have to clean more often and more thoroughly. You may also need to see a doctor in case you have an infection that's causing the odor.

You probably have an infection and don't know it. STI's are really common and easy to get rid of. Just visit your doctor and get tested. They give you some antibiotics to clear it right up.
