Why would you want to get anyone to fix your plumbing other than a master plumber; no matter what the residence is?

You need to be a licensed Plumber to do work for anyone besides yourself. I would advise having insurance also. Those people that are grateful that work so cheap, will also sue you in a heartbeat if something goes wrong. Even if it isn't your fault.

The land is rented from them and that they could take care of it to fulfill the desires of the people residing there. in case you do unlike their policies you're allowed to take the homestead and pass it.
