I'm a Mizzou fan and a fan of Chase Daniel, but clearly the best quarterback got the Heisman.

Ryan M: Did you even READ my question and additional info? Sheesh. No one was whining. I was stating that although I'm a Mizzou fan, I agreed with the choice, and I haven't griped about the BCS business at all. It is what it is.

I think that Tim Tebow deserved it with over 50 TDs, but Colt Brennan had 58 passing TDS and didn't win last year.

Colt Brennan people. He lead his team to an undefeated checklist. Threw 38 td's and has the all-time checklist for td. You and that i the two understand if Colt performed for LSU or USC or Florida or any famous person college, he might have gained the Heisman final twelve months whilst he thre fifty 8 td's and this twelve months. that's a terrible gadget and is growing to be a comedian tale. And yea evaluate Bush to Peterson? Bush is used as a wr/rb and peterson is all rb. Plus Peterson's OL is plenty greater desirable. And by potential of ways, did Peterson ever have 512 yards in a million sport? did no longer think of so. USC fifty 5 OU 19 Ring any bells? Playoff is needed for the BCS.

man you mizzou people must be mad that illinois is the rose bowl and mizzou is in the cotton bowl i mean i am an illinois and i know that we should be in the cotton bowl and you should be in the rose bowl but hey what happened happened and there is nothing you can do about it so quit whining about it and everbody knows that chase daniel didnt have a chance of winning the heisman and that he got lucky even being invited to the ceremony so you should just be thankful for what you got.

Tebow was the best player. Sorry Colt but you had such an easy schedule while Florida had to prove itself. Colt had better QB stats but Tebow was the best all around player. He alone had been involved in more touchdowns than 87 Division 1-A teams. Talent like that cant be surpassed...

the most deserving QB got the Heisman but not the most deserving player

I thought the award was for the best player, not just the best QB

Yeah, the most deserving 'quarterback' got it. But I think McFadden was the most outstanding player in college football this year.
