A dimpled chin may look like a butt chin but unless his chin starts going to the bathroom and is in constant need of diapering or some such nonsense..then no..Even celebs are dying under the knife of famous plastic surgeons..an it's a crying shame that with all the people who look great as is..they too are afflicted with guilt from a (self important and self righteous society) that tries to make them FEEL ugly, only for the monetary gain.
