Seeing as the Buggles are nowhere to be seen and the age of plastic is over, I'd say that statement is about right. However, seeing as the percentage of the population 12 and older who listen to the radio during the period 1998 - 2002, hardly dropped from 95.3% to 94.4%, I'd say radio is still live and kicking.

I see radio as getting bigger. I know for talk radio it seems to be so. Talk radio is taking off, while I believe music radio is going down in the dumps.
