I'm trying to write files to a CD-R (pics) and it keeps telling me no disk....?

..but there is a brand new CD-R in the drive.

This should be easy....any ideas?

First try using another disk. Some bad ones do come along. I would suggest that you make sure you have a CD burner. We can have a player without the burner. And it may depend somewhat on the program you are using. If you want try another one, just search the Internet and download one free. Good luck.
