The University of Phoenix is a good one, but can be expensive. Check our your local colleges and see what they offer also. There are a lot of classes offered online nowadays.

The best?
Duke University offers their MBA substantially online. I understand that the cost is around $100K
UMass, Florida State, U Florida, CSU, East Carolina, Indiana State, Kansas State, Montana State, PennState, Northern Arizona, SUNY, U Alabama, U Wyoming, Columbia (Mo), Marshall, Missouri State, NYIT, Old Dominion, U Maryland, U Michigan, West Texas, and hundreds more teach business online these days.
You don't have to resort to those heavily advertised "get your degree the easy way" programs you see on TV -- pick a real college with a real campus. The best price is probably at your own state university.
I use http://www.petersons.com for program information. There's a great search function there for online programs.

Try to go to an accredited university, ideally your local state school.
Community college/online schools are usually very frowned upon by employers; they do not carry their weight on paper.
