"Have it your way?" Maybe you should consider re-training your management staff at the Burger King located at, 10000 Lee St, Pineville, NC. I have never experienced such horrible customer service until I started going to this location on my way to work. The same woman who cursed my friend out in the drive thru coped an attitude with me over a stupid milk shake. All I wanted was for this woman to take back a vanilla milk shake and give me the correct order, an oreo cookie shake. I guess this was such an inconvenience because instead of correcting the problem, she said, "Well you paid for the vanilla shake! You have to drive around again and ask for the other one!" If I wasn't a decent person with values, I would have thrown the shake in her face. I wasn't the one who made the mistake and I don't care if it only takes two seconds to drive back around. There is absolutely no reason I should have to do anything but pay the difference and drive off happy.

I agree do you want to hear my story?
I took my 2 sons to mcdonalds one day, we had just gotten home from mexico so after the long plane ride, I felt like i owed them Mcdonalds.
So We walk in, and there is this lady really big a nose piercing and she looked rude. So I walk up to the front desk ( where you order) and I say " I'll have 2 happy meals with the hamburger please." And she says " fine whatever" Then I say " wait a minute, miss My son is allergic to tomatoes so on one of the hamburgers please no ketchup." And she says " You don't want ketchup you take it off yourself, I ain't makin no special order for some polite freak. You asked for a hamburger and we put ketchups on hamburgers so there's gona be some damn ketchup on it. I don't really care about your kid's stupid allergies." I say " I say "well then, If thats the way you want it we'll just have to eat somwhere else.
So i take my sons by the hands and we end up going to Taco bell.
So I completely understand how you feel. I am very sorry. But at least you didn't have to hungry 4 year olds with you. They started crying when I made them leave.

I stopped going to them years ago. The food is nasty and it seems they don't train their employees in the art of "customer service".....Hard to believe they're still around. I could live with either one of those. Nice people or good food. They have neither.........Just don't go back anymore.

Yikes! You need to talk to the manager or write corprate. There is no excuse for that kind of behavior.
