can,t copy on my hp5610 all in one. It goes through but nothing prints on it.?

Shut the computer down and disconnect both the power and cable to the computer. While computer is off, reconnect and then power everything on. If this doesn't work try uninstalling software and then do shut down, restart and reinstall. Good luck and if you need further help, contact www.support.hp.com.
