she tells me the oposite of whay the owner of our propertys wants and then tell him i will just do it my self to only make her seem the best she keeps calling my boyfriend and i told i did not like this and now she is realy a pain

If you can't work for her change jobs. Is this a large enough business to move to another part where you wouldn't have to interact with her?

I'm not in your situation . But If I were I'd try to not let her get to me. If shes negative be positive. If shes angry be happy . Be the opposite of your boss. She'll see you really are a good person. And maybe back off you! If she continues then you need to speak up. Don't ever let anyone disrespect you not even your BOSS!!!!!

Jobs come and go. I'd find another job and wouldn't even bother giving her my 2 week notice. If she called my house, she would get a prerecorded "This number has been disconnected" message.
