i'm writing an essay, and so far i cannot think of a way to successfully reword the sentence so that it isnt plagarism.
this is in reference to the patriot act and how it can negatively affect americans.

But you'd be better off not rewording sentence-by-sentence, but rather incorporating all this author's ideas into your own work. Is racial profiling a "method of discrimination & harassment"? Or would you characterize it some other way? What other "methods" could it lead to?
