Mouse pointer locks up?

My laptop pointer always locks going up and to the right. Is there a way to fix this? I just had my keyboard replaced last year becasue the keys were falling off.

You may want to consider a small mouse connected to the usb port. Would be cheaper than keyboard. Good luck.
