Public executions were a big event in the old days. Mothers, fathers, and kids would come to watch, they were considered family outings. They even sold picture postcards. They had to stop because they became too popular.

wow. i really don't think i would. that's cruel if you are going to show executions on television for everybody to see. i've seen the hanging of saddam husein on google and it wasn't much, but still. it's something they shouldn't show on tv or on the web.

no. I don't believe in capital punishment. It doesn't deter people from committing crimes and sometime the wrong person gets executed. There have been several people in Texas who did not commit the crime yet were executed by a overzealous DA. Its just wrong.
