Its inside a girl's "special place". Girls generally get orgasms etc when its rubbed during sex. Its about the size of a small conker or a 50p piece.
Guys have a similar thing called a prostate....but thats for another day.
Additional : Sex really isn't everything, if your under 18 - there's so many more fun things you can be doing and thinking about !

The Gräfenberg spot, or G-spot, is a small area in women behind the pubic bone surrounding the urethra and accessible through the anterior wall of the vagina. It is putatively an erogenous zone that when stimulated leads to high levels of sexual arousal and powerful orgasms.
There is a great deal of dispute about the reality of the G-spot in the scientific community. Most of the strong support for the claim comes from books aimed at a popular audience.

The "Graffenburg" spot is a tissue located in your vagina, usually on the wall facing your front. A partner can usually find it by inserting (gently and carefully) the middle finger, hand palm up, and making a "come here" gesture with the finger. The G-spot will have a different texture than the rest of your insides.
If you have had an orgasm, and your clit is too sensitive, your partner can make your day by rubbing there and giving you an entirely different sensation. My wife won't part with me due to my knowledge of the spot, and many others!

G-spot is located within the vagina, located on the upper wall about half the length in of the average male member. It is a patch of area loaded with nerve endings that makes sexual cloitus more pleasurable. Can be harder to stimulate because of the positions needed to be assumed to stimulate it.
It gained it's name from the German man named, Ernst Grafenberg, who wrote a paper detailing it's use and where it is located in females.

The G-spot is a woman's "go" button.
It is located inside, on the front wall, about 3-4 inches in. When feeling about for it the texture (or the "feel") is different than the surrounding tissue.
The "idea" is: that when you are having sex this area gets stimulated.
Sometimes this is not as easy as it sounds and can take a bit of practice and/or patience.

This is the Grafenburg Spot, supposed to be a cluster of nerve endings near the clitoris which, when stimulated, yields the most intense sexual feelings. Most men have never been able to find it and most women don't know if it's there or not.

The g-spot was named after a physician named Grafenberg who HYPOTHESIZED it's existence in the 1950's. It is supposed to be a particular "spot" inside the vagina that is especially sensitive to sexual arousal. However, in recent years, it's existence has been widely debated. There is no emirical evidence that it exists. Some women 'claim' to have one, most don't.
