I definitely don't watch soccer because of looks, it's for the love of the game, the passion, excitement. I've always loved the sport since I was a kid, growing up with three brothers that were soccer fanatics it comes natural..I guess it's in my blood..lol

I love wrestling because for some reason I like the feeling of the adrenaline rush that the wrestler gets before he starts a match. Even though I am not the wrestler I can still feel the energy feeding from the crowd and how you get to play out the planned match in your head. It's hard to explain, I love it for the entertainment value, I love how the wrestlers are more than just wrestlers but also entertainers and I love how they can portray a battle with some great moves and be a character. I admit that there are loads of hot guys in the WWE but if you force everyone to wear a mask I would still be entertained. It's more than a sport it's entertainment, hence it's SPORTS ENTERTAINMENT. :D

I grew up playing the game, so I watch it because I love it! Because I play, I can appreciate the skill and athleticism better than others who think it is too slow. But seeing yummy men helps make it a better experience.
I love the pace and flow of the English game. I also enjoy the atmosphere at English matches. I'm likely to watch an entire match from the Prem League than, for example, Central and South American leagues because of the degree of diving that I've seen (in the limited amount I can see here). If I wanted to see acting, I'd watch a soap!! And I lose patience watching US soccer because it seems so sub-par.

the truth is, i absolutely love the sport, the amount of things you can do with 2 feet and a ball is amazing...i admire players' skill and hard work. Also the emotions that come with watching the game, and having pride for your country is priceless. But we are girls, and most girls do notice their looks. its not all that we care about (i promise!) its just another advantage to watching the game. but the skill of the player is always first priority over looks.
*from now own, ill only ask questions about games ha ha! so you won't get this midset that we only like their looks!
*also, all men ever think about is football and sex. cant us women get a break once in a while too?

Well I watch it cuz I love the sport in itself. I was really young when I started watching it and little girls don't notice the beauty in players. I guess I now know, good-looking players are an addition for girls who actually like the sport in itself.
I play footy for school and just for the fun of it. I know more about football than lots of other people, even if I'm still considered "young".

I've watched footy ever since I can remember. I guess it's in the family. I was raised with all brothers who just so happened to be die hard fans so blame then. Later on I think I was a bit older was when I started caring about the boys :P and the game. I play footy... I prefer to play indoor though

To tell you the truth I only watch it sometimes when Arsenal play. I don't really watch it for the players though. And I don't really like watching football it's a bit boring at times. I started watching Bundesliga more though it's more interesting. Anyways I think I prefer watching Hockey or F1.

Definitely for the love of the game. The strategy and skill, the passion. I don't care what the players look like as long as they keep my attention with their play. Pretty boy looks don't make someone a better player, doesn't give them any advantage on the pitch.

ahhh my god, its been a month since i've been here and i am soooo glad that my girls are still keeping this forum alive! (that means you Nevy, golden angel and i can't forget my Vani!!) loll, anywho, i agree with Vani, i love the sport itself, im spanish and well, football runds through my veins:D i've been playing the beautiful game since i was 7 and well..i have no intentions of stopping:P oh and as my girls mentiones before...the hot guys are just a plus to the game, and well like my dad said..."football is not just a game...its a way of life!!!"
