What equipment should I buy to help me study for the CCIE? Like bare min.

I work with cisco on a daily basis, but obviously I can't use a live network to help me in my studies and I have limited funds and wan't to make the most of them (obviously the high end equipment is off limits)

I do have my CCNA and work with 19xx, 3xxx, 4xxx,6xxx,75xx equipment for about 7 years. I am just trying to figure out what equipment I can purchase for under 10k to give me somewhat of a lab.. I know nothing will compare to the lab environment test though.

You need to work on high end Cisco equipment for years to prepare yourself for this exam. Start off with your CCNA then your CCNP as you need those first anyway. The CCIE isnot a study at home exam. You actually have to take a written exam and then a lab exam given as Cisco where you build a network and then they break it and you fix it and document the entire process.
