There are no colorless people. Although we are different, we are also the same. You are my brother, and I am your sister. We are ALL colored- MANY BEAUTIFUL SHADES OF COLOR. I wish that we'd all acknowledge and accept this.

(Oh, and what a fine shade of color you are, you sexaaayy thang! LOL)

maybe the albino?

They have no pigmentation, therefore no color.

Pigmentation exists in all humans because of the areas where we decend from, darker skin for hotter areas to cause less burning. It protects the skin. Less pigmentation for lighter colors because generally its cooler and therefore need less protection from the sun.

The term "people of color" is a widely accepted, catch all term used to describe people who are not of European descent.
If one looks at it from a purely semantic perspective then no...there are no "colorless people".

Great question. I would like to say back then people were stupid to use the word colored, but (some) white-Americans haven't gotten much smarter.
